By downloading, installing, or using the Noteillum application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Noteillum is a digital note-taking and book organization application available for macOS platform . The App allows you to:

• Create and organize digital books and notes
• Sync your content across your Apple devices via CloudKit
• Search and filter your notes and books
• Customize the app's appearance and settings
• Access premium features through subscription (email reminders, enhanced functionality)

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 4 years old to use this App
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent

3.2 Account Creation

• An Apple ID is required to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID
• You must provide accurate and complete information

3.3 Prohibited Users

You may not use the App if:

• You are prohibited from receiving the App under applicable laws
• You have been previously banned from using the App
• Your account has been terminated for violation of these Terms
